In the Mont‑Ngafula commune, Musangu neighborhood, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, a well drilling project costing $28,880 will provide clean drinking water to more than 100 beneficiaries.


The Request


Dear Mr. Jean and Mrs. Fatima,

I am Father Léon Pascal NKO, a member of the Missionaries of the Holy Apostles, with whom you recently exchanged regarding a clean water project in Congo.

It was Sister Marielle Chrétien who recommended your Fondation Coup de Cœur to me.

I would like to thank you in advance for your willingness to make an amount of $5,000 CAD available to support the implementation of this water project in Congo. I have attached all the details of this initiative, which will truly be a blessing for over 100 beneficiaries. The existing small, hand-dug wells can no longer meet the demand, and people are forced to buy water at prices that are completely unaffordable for them.

Thank you once again for the care and effort you put into alleviating the suffering of people in this world.
