Dear Mrs Lahmami and Dear Mr. Gagnon

As a first step, we would like to thank you for supporting our humanitarian activities for the year 2017 with your contribution of $2,000.  Your donation allowed us to buy medicines for the Vietnam mission that took place in  2017.Your donation allowed us to buy some of the drugs, including vials of injectable cortisone (celeste 6mg / ml), anesthetics (xylocaine 2% without epinephrine), tubes of antibiotic cream (fucidin 2%). In addition to medications, we used your donation to provide materials such as arch supports, ankle-foot orthoses, sterile compresses, diachylons, etc.
In August 2018, I, along with four graduating students from UQTR's PhD program in podiatric medicine (Andrew Ibrahim, Laure Richer, Olivier Daigneault and Véronique Plante-Quevillon), will go on another mission in Vietnam.
In order for our mission to continue, we ask for your generosity. Considering the costs f the drugs and the materials necessary for the proper functioning during our mission, we ask you for a contribution of $ 2,000.
As every year, we wish to inform you that all donations received are used only for the purchase of materials, medicines and instruments for the exclusive use of our missions.
Without exception, all our volunteers, in addition to working for free, fully defray the associated costs (transportation, accommodation, food) to their mission.
In anticipation of a positive response from your Foundation, please accept Mrs. and Mr. Gagnon, our sincere greetings.

Thank you for your support and continued commitment.
