In the village of Kiruru and its school with its 2,200 people in Tanzania, drilling of a well, installing a water tank and a water filtration system as well as setting up a water distribution system. Total investment $ 239,123.00.

Our mutual friend Jay Cook says "Hello!".  And thanks for your commitment to this project.
We also thank you, dear Rotary friends, for your work to support this great WaSH project in Tanzania. 
Could you confirm that your Montreal Rotary Club in partnership with FCC has firmly committed to send $ 3,000 and your District 7040 will match it @ $3,000 - with DDF (district designated funds), and of course the TRF match on these.
We're assuming all funds are US Dollars, as that is what TRF requires.
Please see the chart below, which shows (in green) the firm commitments we show so far. 
We are really in the mode to push, urgently, now ... want to have all commitments firm by Nov 30, so we can file formal request for our D5100 DDF.  It is a large sum, and other clubs are working on their projects, also. 
We have MOUs nearly ready to sign, for both Sanitation NGO (EEPCO) and Water NGO (Water Mission Tanzania) ... so with the finished fundraising, and District 5100 formal approval, then we can submit the GG application in early December.  Note, we are staying under the $100K amount for TRF, avoiding delay that would be caused by Trustee approval.  If GG application is submitted in early Dec, we may have funding approval in about early February, and funds will be due then.
