In the two villages of Bhoompally, population of 3 250 and Kodavatimetta, population of 1 280 in India, installation of two water purification systems and buildings that shelter them.
These systems, with a total cost of $ 28,200.00, provide clean water to more than 4,530 beneficiaries.

Good day Mr. Gagnon et Mrs Lahmami,

My name is Pratap Reddy and I am the officer responsible for Bala Vikasa's water access program in India.
I am writing to inform you that I recently attended the inauguration of two water purification systems installed by Balla Vikasa thanks to the involvement of the Foundation Coup de Coeur and to the generosity of Mr. Éric Boyko, one of your donors.
I would like hereby to confirm how your involvement has a significant impact in the communities.
The water of the two beneficiary villages currently contains too much fluorine which has serious consequences for the health of the villagers.
The girl you see in the picture came to see me at the opening ceremony to thank me personally following the implementation of these projects. Her grandmother and little brother were often sick, she told me, and now she knows that the newly installed water system will restore her health to her family.
According to the UN, more than 1,000 children die every day worldwide from preventable diseases caused by contaminated water and lack of sanitation or hygiene. Mr. Boyko's donations go to the root of the problem, one project at a time.
On behalf of the beneficiaries and on my own behalf, we warmly thank Mr. Boyko and the Coup de Coeur Foundation, as well as Sopar for their total involvement in the implementation of these two projects.
