Hello Mr Gagnon and Mrs Langlois,

First of all, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the important participation you took last year in the water supply project that provided drinking water to more than 560 Mbugangali beneficiaries in Rwanda. This project is now completely finished and in full operation thanks to you and other donors. People have water I would say in abundance. I would also like to thank you for the 100 pairs of glasses provided to poor people in Gisenyi and its surroundings who greatly appreciated this gesture. I have already told you about the realization of these beautiful projects and sent reports and photos. As you know my very active temperament, I come again to appeal to you for a new water project. This time it is to rehabilitate 6 fountains in the villages of Rugerero and Kabilizi in Rwanda. This project, worth a total of $ 16,000.00 Cdn, will bring drinking water to more than 1,700 people. The Gérard Bouchard Foundation of Quebec has already made an investment of $ 5,000.00 Cdn and my brother-in-law Florian Lacasse, of Lachute, has also committed to pay an amount of $ 3,000.00, which means that I will need to receive $ 8,000.00 Cdn of the Foundation Coup de Coeur to realize this project. You will find all details and photos of the project in attached request. I hope that once again you will agree to my request and that we will be able to help this population, which has a lot of hope in us.
As I am on leave in Quebec, in La Prairie more specifically, I would like to meet you if possible and present you the whole project. I will be here until October 15 (date of my return to Rwanda).
Thank you in advance for what you will do for this beautiful drinking water project that is very important to us and for your unwavering support.

Hope to meet you.
